If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase please return in the condition it was purchased, unworn and with the labels intact with your receipt within 14 days for a full refund, 14-28 days an exchange or credit note will be offered up to 28 days.
For Back to School we have an extended returns policy. Any items returned in store on or before 12th September will be eligible for an exchange or credit note.
Please note items not in original packaging and with no tags are not possible to return
Our returns policy excludes: personalised goods, mouth guards, socks, tights and swimwear without hygiene strip
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Any items returned as faulty within 6 months of purchase (proof of purchase required for exchange or refund) will be reviewed for a manufacturers fault and replaced or refunded. We may offer a repair if deemed appropriate.
Please note we cannot accept dirty/unwashed garments for health and hygiene reasons.
Please note we do not offer an exchange service for orders returned by post. All returned items will be refunded via original payment method and a new order should be placed.
You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in your order to notify us of your intent to cancel/return your order. Once you’ve cancelled an order you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We do not offer free returns, please keep proof of postage. Please enclose your invoice with the return. Above exclusions apply.
