We aim to send all orders placed before 11am out the same day by My Hermes, please expect delivery to take 3-5 working days

Orders placed after 11am may be sent out the following working day.

Please note we do not offer an exchange service for orders returned by post. All returned items will be refunded via original payment method and a new order should be placed.
